This renovation and extension of a mid-century brick-veneer house utterly transforms the original, both inside and out. By removing a load-bearing wall and concealing structural steel within the roof space, a new open-plan layout has been created offering new sightlines, enhanced natural lighting and extensive upper-level ocean views.
