This project was a carpenter’s dream: an Australian coastal home exuding timeless elegance and charm. A cobblestone
driveway leads to the house, accented by sandstone wainscoting and a timber-look garage door. The exterior features classic
weatherboard cladding with exquisite carpentry details, including oversized posts, exposed rafters, and V-joint lining.

"Iluka Palms," where coastal charm meets Hamptons sophistication. Situated just a stroll from the beach, this meticulously designed residence by Action Plans maximizes every inch of its irregularly shaped lot. With its blend of exposed rafters, feature ceilings and paneling. Iluka Palms embodies a harmonious fusion of elegance and comfort. A private plunge pool and dreamy barbeque area further elevate the luxury lifestyle on offer, making Iluka Palms a unique haven of coastal luxury and relaxation.

Tranquil serenity and refined simplicity flow through this freshwater home. Designed to maximize natural light and connect with its surroundings, the home features clean-lined elegance and a variety of external textures. The atrium courtyard and clever floor plan create several defined living spaces, each with its own unique character and charm.

At the Adams project, we created a serene oasis that beautifully balances functionality with elegant design. The newly constructed pool is perfectly sized for a small family, featuring exquisite limestone coping and a stunning blue-green glass mosaic interior that sparkles under the sun.

Coming from the construction industry themselves, these clients wanted to be heavily involved in all aspects of this project. Their vision was for high quality finishes, in line with their particular taste and with connections to their shared love of sailing. To make this possible, Lukas and the team maintained consistent and effective communication across multiple platforms.

This was a complete renovation of the ground floor in a well-lived-in family home. The new design features a premium Tallostone onyx white stone countertop paired with shaker-style cabinetry, a custom wine cellar featuring walnut-toned timber shelving, LED lighting, and glass accents that complement the overall shaker aesthetic.

The Montana building in Cremorne Point is a well known heritage block with incredible views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, which the apartment previously did not do justice to.

This suburban paradise is truly reflective of our simple yet sophisticated style. With contemporary floor plans enveloped in white weatherboard, it's the perfect balance of charm, warmth and elegance.

This pool was custom-shaped to resemble the client's fondest childhood memories, making it the final element needed to complete a long-time coming dream home in Curl Curl.

These renovations transformed an old apartment into a functional haven, where everyone can do the things they love, surrounded by the people they love.
