Conceived as a dialogue between architecture and nature, this home unfolds around the graceful beauty of an existing mature pink frangipani. This living sculpture anchors the courtyard, which it shares with an elevated, fully mosaic-tiled pool to form an oasis of natural beauty.

The home achieves a gentle harmony between outside and in, partly through a repetition of premium natural materials, such as handmade Krause bricks and spotted gum timber. At the same time, the softly rounded shape of the upper façade is echoed inside in the fluid line of the kitchen’s internal wall and the curved form of its beautiful island bench. With its pink terrazzo countertop and travertine tiled cladding, this is a centrepiece that invites family and friends together to gather round.

Natural light pours in through seven double-glazed custom skylights, and comfortable living is always assured by the sophisticated hydroponic heating embedded in the polished concrete slab.
