The Montana building in Cremorne Point is a well known heritage block with incredible views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, which the apartment previously did not do justice to.

“Bawley Grove” fits perfectly into its beautiful surrounds, looking out over sunny terraced lawns to the creek, lily pond and colonnades of young Melaleuca trees. The expansive deck with a high pavilion roof, sunken lounge, fire pit and pool creates the dynamic setting that is needed for gathering loved ones.
