Geoff Raper is our seasoned Project Manager with nearly five decades of experience in the construction industry. Geoff ran his own business after obtaining his builder’s license in 1987, then worked for another renowned architectural builder managing premium builds and large remedial works. Joining our team in 2021, Geoff hasn’t looked back and his extensive industry knowledge and project management skills contribute significantly to the team’s success.

Site Supervisor
Mackenzie is a skilled problem-solver who excels at bringing complex architectural visions to life. He has a keen eye for detail and a passion for incorporating curves, hardwood elements, and intricate finishes into each project. Mackenzie is also an adept team leader, sharing his expertise to mentor the entire construction crew. Outside of work, he enjoys 4-wheeling adventures, weekend getaways, and listening to country music.

Oscar has been with the company since the beginning, starting as a carpenter and working his way up to Site Supervisor.
